Angela Campagna, Licensed Clinical Social Worker founded Face2Face Therapy in 2018 to help and support people with their individual needs. Navigating through life can be complicated and often leave us with undesirable feelings. However, she can work with you to achieve your goals. Angela wants the therapeutic process to feel helpful and for you to feel supported by your relationship with her. This supportive relationship will be nonjudgmental, compassionate and she will always be open to listening to your thoughts and feelings. She can provide you a nurturing space so you can speak freely and share your concerns, with confidentiality.
Angela is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Advanced Nutritional and Integrative Medicine; Culinary Medicine to Improve Mood, Sleep, Attention and Focus; Integrating Mindfulness; Psychopharmacology; Treating Anxiety Disorders; Shame Shields; Suicide Bereavement Clinical Training; Suicide Intervention; and Core Competencies of Trauma, PTSD, Grief & Loss.
Her focus is to support you through a process that will facilitate healing, and help you become aware of your inner strengths. She can achieve this by using evidence based therapy practices and teaching you skills that will be tailored to fit your goals. She has advanced practice and experience in teaching people how to better manage their emotions and facilitate problem solving. She believes everyone can excel when given the tools and support they need.
Sharon Dunaway is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and our newest addition to Face2Face Therapy. She comes with over 40 years of experience in counseling individuals of all ages from children to seniors. She specializes in healing from physical, emotional, and environmental traumas that an individual may have experienced. She utilizes various therapeutic approaches that go beyond talking therapies, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); Thought Field Therapy/Emotional Freedom Therapy (Tapping Solution); and Brainspotting. She has helped countless people feel better about their lives, gain a different perspective about their situation, and increase their understanding about their relationships with others.
Sharon focuses on an integrated treatment method that involves the individual's social, emotional, behavioral, physical, and spiritual aspects of the whole person and not just on the problems. This means you will not only be able to identify the root of your problem but you can make different choices on how to deal with them.

Lori Dather, RDN, LD enjoys counseling people on how to best fuel their bodies for an active, fulfilling lifestyle. She can provide support to help individuals manage common obstacles that people may face when working to reach nutrition goals.
She hopes to inspire others to do more for themselves' than they thought possible. She works to spark energy, enthusiasm for life, and a positive outlook through healthy nutrition choices for a healthy lifestyle for individuals and their family.
Her professional experience includes working with adults and children of all ages, high school coaches, parents, students, athletes, school nutrition staff, physical education teachers, and many others to achieve health and excellence through nutrition and positive choices.
She is an Ultra-Runner who lives according to the principles that she hopes to encourage for others. She is licensed in the state of Arkansas to provide nutrition counseling for medical nutrition therapy; including renal, hypertension, obesity, food allergies, eating disorders, diabetes, and more.
The presentation starts with Angela Campagna, LCSW talking about how trauma and vicarious trauma effects the body and what you can do to self-regulate and maintain your mental and physical health to prevent burnout. The presentation then will have Lori Dather, RDN, LD our new nutrition counselor, discuss how nutrition has an impact on your mental health. She will include specific nutrients that will help improve your mental health and she will help you learn more about how to get and maintain a healthy gut.
Jake Wechsler has been a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist for over 8 years. He received a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, then went to the Baltimore School of Massage. Jake loves working with people who are dedicated to improving their health and wellness both physically and mentally. He specializes in therapeutic work, utilizing a variety of different massage styles and tools, ensuring you receive the highest quality service that will be most beneficial to you.
April Lane is a certified Yin Yoga and Meditation teacher, a graduate student at Harding in the Marriage and Family Therapy program, and a student of the Sounds True Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. April believes in healing, transformation, resiliency, and accessing the intelligence of the mind, body, and spirit to support a balanced state of being.
Darian McCluskey is currently enrolled in the MSW program at UALR. She became interested in the mental health field because she believes it is extremely important to treat yourself and others with compassion and to realize that we each hold a unique perspective within the human experience. She is specifically interested in helping individuals dealing with the effects of trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders.
