This is a stressful time for all of us. Thus due to COVID-19 I have added special supports to help my clients. Please know that I will still offer all of my usual quality psychotherapies. While this is a stressful time know that I am here to listen to you and support your mental health needs. Please see the below added services. Respectfully, Angela
Due to COVID-19 Virtual therapy is a great option. I use a HIPAA secure virtual office so that we can work together in a comfortable and secure space. Sessions are normally 45 to 60 mins.
If you are not comfortable with a video session, telephone session are another option. Sometimes they can also be useful for a quick check in between sessions. Telephone sessions often can be 15 to 30 mins.
I take pride in meeting my clients needs no matter how complex and private the situation
People reach out for support for many different reasons. I am here to help and support you with your individual needs. Navigating though life can be complicated and often leave us with undesirable feelings. However, we can work together to achieve your goals. I want the therapeutic process to feel helpful and you to feel supported by our relationship. This supportive relationship will be nonjudgmental, compassionate and I will always be open to listening to your thoughts and feelings. I can provide you a nurturing space so you can speak freely and share your concerns, with confidentiality. I look forward to supporting you.
My focus will be to support you through a process that will facilitate healing, and help you become aware of your inner strengths. I can achieve this by using evidence based therapy practices and teaching you skills that will be tailored to fit your goals. I have advanced practice and experience in teaching you how to better manage your emotions and facilitate problem solving. I believe everyone can excel when given the tools and supports they need.
